Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — for example, whether you have accepted cookies, or your preferred language. Cookies do not identify you personally; they identify the browser or device you are using.

We use cookies to make this website function correctly and, where you have consented, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies — always active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They include the cookie that records your cookie consent choice, session management, and basic security functions. They cannot be disabled.

Example: cookieConsent — stores your cookie preferences in your browser. Expires after 12 months.

Analytics Cookies — optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and whether any errors occur. The data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. We use this information to improve the site content and structure.

Example: Google Analytics cookies. Session and persistent (up to 2 years).

Marketing Cookies — optional

These cookies track visits across websites to allow advertising services to show you relevant advertisements. We do not currently use advertising on this site, but we may do so in future. If marketing cookies are declined, any advertising shown will be less targeted.

Preference Cookies — optional

These cookies remember your settings and choices, such as your preferred language or region. Disabling them means some personalisation features may not work between visits.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Where analytics or other optional cookies are enabled, third-party services may set their own cookies on your device. These may include Google Analytics. Each third party has its own privacy and cookie policy; we recommend you read those policies if you want to understand how they use data.

We do not control third-party cookies and cannot guarantee their behaviour.

4. Cookie Duration

  • Session cookies: Deleted automatically when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies: Remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Our consent cookie expires after 12 months. Analytics cookies may persist for up to 2 years, depending on the service.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

You can change your preferences at any time using the controls below. Your choice is saved to your browser.

Essential Cookies

Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.

Analytics Cookies

Marketing Cookies

Used for advertising purposes if advertising is enabled on this site.

Preference Cookies

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect how the site functions.

Google Chrome
Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. Here you can block third-party cookies, clear all cookies, or manage exceptions for specific sites. On mobile Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data.
Mozilla Firefox
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. You can choose Standard, Strict or Custom protection levels, or clear cookies entirely. Firefox also allows exceptions for specific sites.
Apple Safari
On macOS: Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data. On iOS/iPadOS: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data. You can block all cookies or remove them for individual sites.
Microsoft Edge
Go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data. Edge offers Basic, Balanced and Strict tracking prevention levels, and allows you to manage cookies per site or clear them entirely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw consent to non-essential cookies at any time using the controls in Section 5 or through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Disabling analytics cookies means we will not receive usage data from your visits. This does not limit your access to the site's content. Disabling marketing or preference cookies may reduce the personalisation of certain features.
